    Ich habe auch ein Update in der App bemerkt: Das Änderungsprotokoll vom 21. Februar besagt, dass sie die Funktion zum Einstellen der Vorkonditionierungstemperatur hinzugefügt haben.


    Aber ... es gibt keine solche Option in meiner App! (Android, Version 4.29.1). Und die In-App-Hilfe sagt immer noch, dass die Temperatur auf 20 ° C voreingestellt ist und nicht geändert werden kann.

  • Car wobbling/vibration

    Mehrere Benutzer von Captur haben dieses seltsame Problem festgestellt, dass das Auto bei Geschwindigkeiten um 20-30 km/h von rechts nach links "wackelt", insbesondere beim Beschleunigen.

    Ein erster Versuch von Renault, das Problem zu lösen, war der Austausch von Antriebswellen, aber wie alle Benutzer, die dieses "Update" erhalten haben, wissen, ist dies keine Lösung.

    Gerüchte besagen, dass die wahre Ursache dieses Problems nicht in der Antriebswelle, sondern im Motor liegt: Während der Fahrzeugmontage wurde der Motor aufgrund falscher Montagewerkzeuge falsch platziert, sodass die Antriebswellen tatsächlich Opfer und nicht Schuldige sind und ein Austausch die Folge sein wird in... müssen sie später wieder ändern!


    Fragen Sie Ihre Händler, ob sie etwas über dieses Gerücht wissen, das direkt von einem Renault „Insider“ stammt.

    Several users of Captur have detected this weird problem of car "wobbling" right-left at speeds around 20-30 km/h, especially when accelerating.

    A first attempt from Renault to solve the problem was to replace driveshafts, but as all the users who received this "update" know, this is not the solution.

    Rumors say that the real cause of this issue is not in the driveshaft, but in the engine : during car assembly, engine was misplaced due to wrong mounting tools, so the driveshafts are actually victims, not culprits, and changing them will result in... need to change them again later!

    wobbling is not caused by bad shafts, it's caused by erroneous mechanical connection of the motor to the car during car assembly.

    Ask your dealer to mount it properly.

  • Warnmeldung "Getriebe P"

    Nein, ich habe eine andere Problemumgehung gefunden: Sobald ich das Auto anhalte, schalte ich manuell auf P, löse dann den Sicherheitsgurt und entferne die Feststellbremse und das Feststellrad.
    Sehr ärgerlich, aber auf diese Weise schaltet das Auto wahrscheinlich in den "Parkmanöver-Modus", damit ich es bewegen kann, wie ich möchte, solange ich nicht die 8 km / h überschreite, wenn es klingelt und klingelt ...

    No, I found a different workaround: as soon as I stop the car, I manually shift to P, then I release seatbelt, and remove parking brake and parking gear.

    The difference is that I decide, hence I know if and when I am in P, so I don't risk braking anything.

  • Warnmeldung "Getriebe P"

    In dieser "Sicherheitsmaßnahme" steckt ein gravierender Fehler: Das Auto täuscht zunächst vor, man könne fahren (weil es das manuelle Lösen der Feststellbremse erlaubt), aber sobald man losfährt ... wird die Feststellbremse wieder angezogen und zusätzlich die Feststellbremse Gang ist eingelegt! (Kann ein Auto/Computer seine Meinung ändern?!?)


    Das Auto (oder der Ingenieur, der es programmiert hat ...) muss eine Entscheidung treffen: Wenn ich den Sicherheitsgurt löse, kann ich mich bewegen oder nicht?


    Nein --> Feststellbremse anziehen (wie jetzt), Parkgang sofort und unabhängig von der Pedalbremsstellung einlegen, Lösen der Feststellbremse und des Gangs verweigern, bis der Sicherheitsgurt angelegt ist

    Ja --> nichts einschalten, es sei denn, ich lebe das Auto (und es gibt Drucksensoren am Sitz, Öffnungssensoren an den Türen und Handsensor am Lenkrad!



    Die aktuelle SW lässt das Auto sich auf eine Weise verhalten, die für den Fahrer unvorhersehbar ist.

    There is a serious error in this "safety measure": car initially makes you believe you can go (because it allows manual disengaging of parking brake), but as soon as you go... the parking brake is engaged again and additionally the parking gear is engaged! (can a car/computer change its mind?!?)

    The car (or the engineer which programmed it...) must make a decision: when I release seatbelt, can I move or not?

    • No --> engage parking brake (as it does now), engage parking gear immediately and regardless of pedal brake position, disallow disengaging of parking brakes and and gear until seatbelt is engaged
    • Yes --> do not engage anything unless I live the car (and there are pressure sensors on the seat, opening sensors on the doors and hand sensor on the steering wheel!


    Current SW makes the car behave in a way which is unpredictable by the driver.

    ist möglich, aber ich habe meinen Captur 3 Mal ohne Änderungen aktualisiert, und der Händler hat mir ausdrücklich gesagt, dass sie diesen Fehler niemals beheben werden, weil sie ihn nicht als Fehler betrachten.

    Hat Ihr Test Bremspedal enthalten? Ich habe es in der Liste nicht gut angegeben ...


    Auto bewegt sich.

    Sie drücken das Bremspedal, bis das Auto anhält.

    Sie halten das Pedal gedrückt, während Sie den Sicherheitsgurt lösen: Die Feststellbremse wird automatisch aktiviert.

    Sie lösen das Bremspedal: Nach 2 Sekunden wird der P-Gang eingelegt.


    Ich mache das, während ich 10 Sekunden darauf warte, dass sich das elektrische Tor meines Hauses öffnet, und ich mache es bergauf (daher halte ich das Pedal gedrückt), vielleicht lösen diese 2 zusätzlichen Faktoren den Fehler aus?

    it's possible, but I got my Captur updated 3 times with no changes, and dealer specifically told me that they will never fix this bug because they do not consider it a bug.

    Did your test include brake pedal? I didn't specified it well in the list...


    Car moves.

    You press brake pedal until car stops.

    You KEEP PEDAL PRESSED while releasing seatbelt: parking brake self-engages.

    You release parking brake

    You release brake pedal: after 2 seconds, P gear is engaged.


    I do this while waiting 10 seconds for electric gate of my house to open, and I do it uphill (hence I keep the pedal pressed), maybe these 2 additional factors trigger the bug?

    Ich habe die TCU ausgetauscht ... aber sie haben vergessen, etwas anzuschließen / zu aktualisieren, also sind die GPS-Position und die HVAC-Statusdaten jetzt einen Monat alt!

    (Sie können das GPS-Positionsdatum in der App sehen, aber für das HVAC-Datum verwende ich meine benutzerdefinierte/Hacking-Seite)
